Goltana provides autonomous trade structure evaluation. This is not financial advice. This is not a recommendation to trade. This is a classification engine that tells you what your position looks like from a structural perspective. What you do with that information is your problem.
We do not guarantee profits, returns, or emotional satisfaction. The engine evaluates structure. Markets do whatever markets do. These are separate concerns.
You are responsible for your API keys, your account security, and your trading decisions. If you share your keys and someone uses them to evaluate 10,000 bad trades, that is on you.
We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, non-payment, or behavior that degrades the service for others. We will not feel bad about it.
Goltana’s liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the current billing period. We are not liable for trading losses. The engine told you the structure. You chose to ignore it.
