Trade data you submit for evaluation, account credentials, usage metrics, and the vague sense that you should have known better. We do not sell your data. We barely want it.
To evaluate your trades, improve the engine, and generate aggregate structural analytics. Your individual trades are not interesting enough to share.
Encrypted at rest (AES-256), transmitted over TLS 1.3. Stored in SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Purged after 90 days unless you request otherwise.
We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, CDN, monitoring). None of them see your trade data. They see uptime metrics and error counts, which are always low.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via carrier pigeon addressed to “The Engine.” We will comply. The engine will not miss you.
